Great for anyone with arthritis or nagging injuries, this hour-long session of mild exercise will work those aching joints and have you breaking a sweat without breaking your back.

I have been working as a physical therapist in the United States for almost 16 years. I have worked in a variety of settings such as nursing homes, out patient clinics, and special education school for the blind. I started baseline as a way for me to be able to teach and supervise proper techniques on how to do exercises in a way to avoid injuries, incorporate movement awareness, pelvic floor techniques, and sleeping techniques. My vision on life is to be able to provide quality service that will provide each patient the ability to go back to their normal functioning status.
