WSPT is pleased to offer an exciting new Tai-Chi class to you.
Taught by Marc Kaplan, author of Head in the Clouds: A Guide to Yoga for Airline Travelers , the class focuses on the fundamentals of Tai Chi such as breathing, stretching and relaxation.
Regular practice of Tai Chi results in greater flexibility and stress reduction, and has been found to bring relief to those suffering from arthritis, diabetes and other chronic diseases.
It’s a great exercise for young and old, and Marc has experience teaching at all levels. Find the time to give yourself a little peace and relaxation.
