Pilates @ WSPT

Pilates is a full-body workout for all levels of fitness. It builds endurance and stamina by training you how to breathe, strengthen, flex and stabilize your body.

This 60 minute class uses isometric exercises that utilize your own body weight for resistance, which makes it a great supplement to any existing exercise programs you’re currently enrolled in!

All the exercises will be modified for your skill level as you learn the fundamentals in a supportive environment that leaves you wanting to learn more.

You will increase muscle strength and flexibility, correct your posture, and create body awareness.

You will leave each class feeling invigorated, and each week, you will find yourself more flexible, stronger, and have higher energy levels!
