Looking for a fun, full-body workout in the Bronx?  Look no further than TRX Suspension training!
 
The TRX  is a suspension system that utilizes the natural resistance of your own body weight to create hundreds of exercises suitable for any fitness level. Instead of struggling to lift weights or sweating through an aerobics session, imagine yourself building power and strength simply by using your own body's natural resistance. Just hold on to the cords on the TRX machine to support yourself, and you'll have the feeling of floating while increasing your flexibility, balance, mobility, and strength, all at the intensity you choose.

Classes are led by our Certified TRX instructors to ensure everyone, from beginners to TRXperts, get a safe and challenging workout!

Instructor:  John DeJesus

John DeJesus started his interest in fitness with his love for Track and Field.  He was a sprinter and triple jumper for Cardinal Hayes, HS and later for Boston College.  He currently enjoys all forms and fitness inclusive of yoga, boxing, and half marathon races.  John is a group exercise instructor for Kettlebells, Body Weight Training and TRX Suspension Training.   He uses an integrated approach to fitness incorporating functional training to develop a strong core through strength training, flexibility and balance exercises.  John believes that anyone can incorporate fitness into their lifestyle.
