The Orthopedic Educational Series presents a seminar on The Shoulder this August.  The seminar will begin with a thorough review of the Anatomy and Physiology of the shoulder. 

The presentation will then review common impairments of the shoulder including:

• Fractures
• Rotator Cuff Pathology
• Labrum Tears
• Disclocations
• Impingement
• Frozen Shoulder

The Physical Therapists presenting will then review treatment options for the impairments that were presented, and will show a brief video of a typical evaluation of the neck. 

Finally, the staff will demonstrate common exercises, as well as postural education prescribed for patients with cervical spine pathology, and explain how they can actually be used to prevent injury in the future.
