Hard Core Body


Hard Core Body is a station-to-station workout involving the core muscles and Plyometrics exercise. This type of workout involves isolation of abdominals/gluts/quads/trunk extensors that improve functional and athletic ability. Athletes from a wide range of sports use plyometrics training to help them reach peak physical condition. When used correctly, it can be a highly effective form of power training; especially when combined with a suitable strength training program.


Hard Core Body will enable you to turn strength into speed by rapid muscle movement with short resting periods.

Wednesdays - 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
