The Yankees Use it too!
On a tour of the new stadium we found that the Yankees use several of the tools you can find in our facilities! Among them was a True Stretch Station.
TrueStretch effectively stretches the body in all three planes of motion (front to back, side to side, and rotational) while keeping the user in natural upright positions with four points of contact (both hands and both feet) for proper body alignment, stability and safety.
The Yankees also train in a therapy pool. WSPT has an Aquatic Center, featuring a heated Hydroworx Therapy Pool with a built-in treadmill. It is ideal for comfort, movement and exercise for patients and athletes at all stages of the rehab process.
You don't have to be a Yankee to train like one!
