Get Fit For Prom is a program at WSPT to help teenagers lead healthy lifestyles and give them the tools to make the right diet and exercise choices. The objective of the program is to build the self-esteem of the participating teenagers.Unfortunately, we live in a society that doesn’t always encourage us to love who we are and feel comfortable in our own skin. We could put down the magazines, never watch TV again, ignore billboards and pretend like we don’t know what society expects us to look like, or we could choose to do something about how we feel. By doing something that makes us feel proactive and proud we can move towards being the absolute best versions of ourselves that we can be.
