Yoga


The ultimate goal of yoga is to reach complete peacefulness in your body and mind. If you are looking for increased flexibility, relaxation and/or stress relief, then this is for you.


Yoga offers excellent conditioning for the body, breath and mind. Adaptations will be offered for students who want to work a bit easier and for those who want to take things up a notch. Practices will vary depending on participants' needs for each class. We encourage everyone to work at their own pace and tune in to any challenges in the body

Learn to breathe in such a way that the heaviness in your body lifts.

Classes are offered:
Wednesdays - 7:30 PM - 8:30 AM
Thursdays - 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
